According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the fair showcases a wide array of locally produced handloom and cottage industrial goods. Visitors can explore 45 stalls featuring leather products, jute-made items, processed agricultural products, electrical and electronic goods, clothing, design and fashion wares, among other products.

He also pointed out the need for increased investment in this sector to improve economic conditions in both urban and rural areas, thereby alleviating poverty.
Anzuman Ara Parveen stated that the fair aims to increase the visibility of handloom and cottage industrial goods by preserving and encouraging the practice of local artisans. The fair is open daily from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm and will run until January 19, 2026.
