Rangamati: Chittagong Hill Tracts (CHT) Affairs Adviser Supradip Chakma today emphasized the interim government’s commitment to advancing socioeconomic development and ensuring quality education for CHT residents, while fostering a peaceful and harmonious environment. The adviser shared these insights during a view-exchange meeting held at the Rangamati District Commissioner’s Office, where he served as the chief guest.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Supradip highlighted the modernization of the CHT’s education system as a priority. Addressing the administrative landscape of the CHT, he noted the interim government’s intent to enact qualitative changes nationwide, stressing the importance of equality, justice, and fairness in all sectors.
He called for peace and stability, asserting that the majority of CHT’s inhabitants favor peaceful coexistence over conflict. “This country belongs to all of us,” Supradip stated, underscoring the collective responsibility to safeguard the nation. He emphasized the goal of creating a conducive environment for peaceful elections and a prosperous Bangladesh through united efforts.
