SC to Resume Regular Judicial Proceedings from October 19

Dhaka: The Supreme Court (SC) will resume its regular judicial activities from October 19 after the vacation that began on September 7 and continues through October 18, including public and weekly holidays. Following tradition, the Chief Justice and judges of both the Appellate and High Court Divisions will exchange greetings with lawyers on the first working day after the vacation.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a circular signed by Appellate Division Registrar Md Hasanuzzaman stated that the Chief Justice and judges of both divisions of the apex court will exchange greetings with the attorney general, president and secretary of the Supreme Court Bar Association, and other lawyers. This event will take place at the Supreme Court Inner Courtyard from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm on October 19.



Judicial proceedings on that day will continue till 11:00 am.
