Rajshahi: Rajshahi Education Board has secured the top position among 11 education boards with a 77.63 percent pass rate in the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) and equivalent examinations this year, according to the results published here today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Barishal Education Board witnessed the lowest pass rate, with 56.38 percent of examinees coming out successful this year under the board. The pass rates of the other education boards varied, with Dhaka Board achieving a 67.51 percent pass rate, Cumilla Board at 63.60 percent, and Jashore Board at 73.69 percent. Chattogram Board recorded a 72.07 percent pass rate, Sylhet Board achieved 68.57 percent, and Dinajpur Board had a pass rate of 67.03 percent. Meanwhile, Mymensingh Board recorded a 58.22 percent pass rate, the Madrasah Education Board achieved 68.09 percent, and the Technical Education Board recorded a 73.63 percent pass rate.
