Dhaka: Navy ships in Dhaka, Chattogram, Khulna, Barishal, and Chandpur will be accessible to the public tomorrow in celebration of 'Armed Forces Day'. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Bangladesh Navy announced that its vessels will be open for visits at selected river ports from 2 pm until sunset on Thursday. The venues for public visits include BNS Chitra at Sadarghat in Dhaka, BNS Somudra Avijan at Naval Berth, New Mooring in Chattogram, BNS Shaheed Akhter Uddin at BIWTA Launch Terminal in Khulna, BNS Kapatakhaya at Digraj Naval Berth in Mongla, BNS Borkat at BIWTA Ghat in Barishal, and BNS Shaheed Daulat at BIWTA Ghat in Chandpur. This initiative is part of the Navy's efforts to engage with the community and raise awareness about its operations and contributions.
