Dhaka: BNP Chairperson and former Prime Minister Begum Khaleda Zia is set to undergo a routine health check-up at Evercare Hospital this evening, as stated by Shyrul Kabir Khan, a member of the party’s media cell. This comes after her return to the country on May 6 following an extended period of medical treatment in London.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Khaleda Zia departed for London on January 7 to seek advanced medical care. During her stay, she received medical attention for 17 days at the London Clinic. Following her treatment there, she spent time at her son Tarique Rahman’s residence, continuing her recuperation in a home setting.
