Jamaat Condemns Attack on Bangladesh Mission in Agartala.

Agartala: Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami Secretary General Professor Mia Golam Parwar today strongly protested and condemned the attack on Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala, India. In a statement, he said an extremist group of India carried out vandalism on Bangladesh mission and set fire on Bangladesh's national flag, which is contrary to Geneva Convention and diplomatic norms. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Parwar criticized India's failure to provide security to the Bangladesh Assistant High Commission in Agartala, asserting that this incident reveals India's inability to protect diplomatic premises. He further stated that India has no right to comment on Bangladesh's internal matters. Golam Parwar also suggested that this attack is part of a larger conspiracy aimed at undermining the friendly relations between Bangladesh and India. He called for vigilance and urged people to actively protest against any conspiracies targeting Bangladesh. Moreover, the Jamaat secretary general appe aled to the Indian government to safeguard all Bangladesh diplomatic offices within India and ensure the security of the officials and staff working there.
