Jamaat Candidate Abu Taleb Mandal Wins in Pabna-4

Dhaka: Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami candidate Abu Taleb Mandal has been elected unofficially from Pabna-4 constituency in the 13th national parliamentary election. He secured 1,37,675 votes, surpassing his nearest rival, BNP candidate Md Habibur Rahman Habib, who received 1,33,874 votes.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the results were announced at the Result Collection and Dissemination Centre at Nirbachan Bhaban, Agargaon in the capital. This marks a significant win for the Jamaat-e-Islami party in the competitive election landscape of Bangladesh.
