The accused are Abdul Aziz alias Habul, 64, Md Abdul Matin, 63, and Abdul Mannan alias Monai, 64. Of these Habul and Monai are in jail now.
"We launched the probe against this trio on October 16, 2014, and finished today. We have recorded statements of 40 people and prepared a 250-page report against the accused," said chief coordinator of the agency Mohammad Abdul Hannan Khan.
The probe agency chief said they have pressed five charges including genocide, murder and rape against the three.
According to the agency, Habul and Matin went to India for taking arms training in 1971 but came back to the country in midway and surrendered before the Pakistani occupation army.
"They subsequently joined the Razakar Bahini. On the other hand, Monai was an activist of Islami Chhatra Sangha and joined Razakar Bahini as the War of Liberation unfolded," Khan added.
Meanwhile, the probe agency coordinator also said they have made much progress in the investigation into the alleged crimes against humanity committed by incumbent Jamaat ameer Makbul Hossain.
"He was a Razakar for sure. But we did not have any specific allegation against him. But recently some allegations against him surfaced in the media and we are probing those with much importance. We are made much progress in the primary investigation," Abdul Hannan Khan said.
