Dhaka: The ‘B’ unit admission test under the GST cluster of 19 universities for the 2024-25 academic session is set to take place tomorrow. This pivotal examination has garnered a significant number of applicants, with 72,062 candidates vying for admission.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, all necessary preparations for conducting the test have been finalized. Professor Dr. Md. Anwarul Azim Akhand, who serves as the Vice-Chancellor of Maulana Bhashani Science and Technology University and the Convener of the GST cluster universities’ admission test committee, confirmed this in a press release issued today. Prof. Azim urged members of the central admission test committees and the Vice-Chancellors of all affiliated universities to provide their full cooperation, ensuring a smooth and secure testing environment.
In addition to logistical preparations, Prof. Azim extended his best wishes to all candidates and their families. He expressed hope that their travel and examination experiences would be safe, smooth, and peaceful, reflecting the commitment of the universities involved in the GST cluster.
The series of admission tests under the GST cluster began with the ‘C’ unit test, which was held on April 25, with results announced on April 28. Following the ‘B’ unit test tomorrow, the ‘A’ unit admission test is scheduled to occur on May 9, rounding off the testing period for the 2024-25 academic session.
