Fire at Shahbagh Flower Shop Under Control

Shahbagh: The fire that broke out in a tin-shed flower shop at Shahbagh Intersection here tonight was brought under control with one hour of frantic efforts.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the fire originated around 9:53 pm, as stated by Talha bin Zasim, the media officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence.



Five fire units from Palashi and Siddiq Bazar fire stations responded swiftly to the scene and managed to douse the flames by 10:55 pm.



There was no report of casualty. However, the extent of damage and the cause behind the fire could not be known immediately.
