Dhaka: The Multifabs Limited Dhaka Metropolis Premier Division Volleyball League has commenced at the Noor Hossain National Volleyball Stadium in the capital, as announced in a press release. Faruque Hassan, the president of the Bangladesh Volleyball Federation (BVF), officially inaugurated the league as the chief guest, with the event being organized by the BVF.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Hasan Ahmed, general manager (administration) and convener of Titas Club, Titas Gas Transmission and Distribution PLC, attended the event as a special guest. The opening matches saw Bangladesh Power Development Board secure a 3-0 victory over Bangladesh Krira Shikkha Protisthan, while Bangladesh Water Development Board achieved a similar 3-0 win against Dhaka Sabuj.
