Mohim Ranjan Dutta, father of Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha (BSS) Senior Reporter Maloy Kumar Dutta, was cremated at Kumarkhali Moha Shashan (crematorium) in Kushtia in the early hours of today.
Mohim Ranjan Dutta passed away on Saturday while undergoing treatment at a hospital in Kushtia at the age of 75.
He had been suffering from cardiovascular disease and other complexities for long.
He left behind his wife, a son, a daughter and a host of relatives and admirers to mourn his death.
Sraddha of Mahim Ranjan Dutta will be held as per the schedule at his residence at Tebaria, Kumarkhali upazila of Kushtia district.
