Bogura: The district has recorded 34 millimeters of rainfall from 6am to 9am today, marking the highest rainfall of this season. The Bogura Meteorological Office, a regional observatory under the Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD), confirmed this as the highest rainfall recorded in the current season.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Shah Alam, senior observer of the Bogura Regional Office, stated that the significant rainfall was observed over a brief period of three hours, from 6 am to 9 am. He noted that this rainfall event has resulted in a decrease in temperature in the region, bringing relief from the prevailing sweltering heat.
The official further mentioned that there is a possibility of additional rain in Bogura today and tomorrow, indicating a continuation of the current weather pattern.
