Dhaka: The Dhaka Metropolitan North unit of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) is set to embark on a voluntary clean-up drive tomorrow morning. This initiative aims to clear waste accumulated after the large public gathering celebrating the ‘historic homecoming’ of BNP Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, BNP Media Cell Convener Professor Dr. Moudud Hossain Alamgir Pavel shared this information with the media. The cleaning operation will focus on the July 36 Expressway (300-feet road), Airport Road, and nearby areas in the capital where crowds gathered today to welcome Tarique Rahman.
Prof. Pavel stated that leaders and activists from the Dhaka Metropolitan North BNP would participate in the drive. This effort is part of their voluntary service to restore cleanliness and ensure smooth traffic flow in the affected areas.
