He stated that voting took place in 299 constituencies; however, results for two Chattogram seats-Chattogram-2 and Chattogram-4-remain undeclared due to court orders.

Akhtar Ahmed explained that based on the available results from the remaining 297 constituencies, BNP secured 209 seats while Jamaat-e-Islami won 68 seats.
