Dhaka:BNP Standing Committee member and Dhaka-2 lawmaker Aman Ullah Aman asserted that there would be no place for fascists in Bangladesh, urging citizens to report and hand over anyone involved in such activities to the authorities.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Aman made these remarks while speaking as the chief guest at a financial grant distribution ceremony held at the Keraniganj Upazila Parishad auditorium. The event was organized by the Keraniganj Upazila Administration with funding from the District Council to commemorate the upcoming Sharadiya Durga Puja-2026.

The ceremony, chaired by Keraniganj Upazila Nirbahi Officer Md. Umar Faruk, involved the distribution of financial grant cheques to representatives of various local temple committees. Dhaka District Council Administrator Md. Yasin Ferdous Murad attended as a special guest.

Aman called on BNP leaders, activists, and the public to stay vigilant, promote unity, and remain dedicated to serving the population. Highlighting the importance of religious harmony, he echoed BNP Chairman Tarique Rahman's view that while religion is personal, the state and security rights belong to all. Aman also emphasized that communal harmony is an enduring feature in Bangladesh and that the government would ensure its continuation.
