London:Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, the acting secretary general of the BNP, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of prominent journalist and Editor-in-Chief of bdnews24.com, Toufique Imrose Khalidi.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Rizvi conveyed his heartfelt condolences to Khalidi's family, admirers, and well-wishers in a message issued today, praying for the eternal peace of the departed soul.
Rizvi lauded Khalidi's career, noting his dedication, honesty, and fearless approach in journalism. Khalidi, who passed away from a brain haemorrhage at a London hospital on Friday, was 59 years old.
