Dhaka: The Dhaka University authorities announced today the suspension of all classes and examinations from September 7 to September 10 in anticipation of the upcoming Dhaka University Central Students' Union (DUCSU) election.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the university issued a notice through DU registrar Munshi Shams Uddin Ahmed, stating that all academic activities would be halted during this period. The suspension is set in preparation for the DUCSU polls, which are scheduled to take place on September 9. The election campaigns are actively ongoing on the campus, reflecting the vibrant political atmosphere leading up to the polls.
