Dhaka: Leaders of different political parties will meet Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus here this afternoon. The political leaders are scheduled to have discussions with the Chief Adviser at 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm today, as confirmed by Chief Adviser’s Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Azad Majumder.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meetings will occur in two phases. In the first phase, the Chief Adviser will engage with political figures including Col. (retd) Oli Ahmed, Bir Bikram, Mahmudur Rahman Manna, Saiful Haque, Junaid Saki, Hasnat Qayyum, Mujibur Rahman Manju, Mujahidul Islam Selim, Khalequzzaman Bhuiyan, Tipu Biswas, Sheikh Rafiqul Islam Bablu, and Shahid Uddin Mahmud Swapan.
The second phase will involve discussions with religious and political leaders such as Maulana Sadiqur Rahman, Maulana Rezaul Karim, Maulana Mamunul Haque, Maulana Ahmed Abdul Quader, Maulana Azizul Haque Islamabadi, Maulana Manjurul Islam Affendi, Nurul Haque Noor, Maulana Musa Bin Izhar, and Mufti Maulana Shakhawat Hossain Razi.
