Dhaka: PWD Sports Club and Dhaka Rangers Football Club claimed victories in their respective matches in the Bashundhara Group Bangladesh Championship League, held at two different venues.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, PWD Sports Club dominated Little Friends Club with a 3-0 victory at the Bashundhara Kings arena practice ground. Abu Sayed, Tanin Sarkar, and Akasah Ali each found the back of the net for PWD, scoring in the 52nd, 60th, and 85th minutes, respectively.
Meanwhile, at Shaheed Barkat Stadium in Gazipur, Dhaka Rangers Football Club narrowly defeated Uttar Baridhara Club. Md Marajul Islam was the hero for Dhaka Rangers, scoring the only goal of the match in the 44th minute.
