Bhola: A heinous criminal along with three grenades and three local arms was arrested in a joint raid from Bhola Sadar upazila today. According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a joint team of Bangladesh Coast Guard and police conducted a raid in the Pashchim Charpata area under Pashchim Elisha union in Bhola Sadar upazila from 2:15 am to 5 am today. During the raid, they arrested notorious criminal Md Sujon and seized three grenades, three local arms, and one Chinese knife from him. Media officer of the Coast Guard Headquarters, Lt Con Khandoker Munif Toki, confirmed the matter. The arrested criminal, who has been involved in criminal acts such as extortion and land grabbing, was handed over with the recovered grenades and arms to Bhola Sadar Police Station.
