Dhaka: Underprivileged students of Shishu Kallyan Primary School here received new school dresses this afternoon. District Administration disbursed the dresses among 79 students. Deputy Commissioner Mohammad Yusuf Ali handed over the dresses to the students at the school compound.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Deputy Commissioner Ali stated that the district administration will continue such programs to prevent school dropouts. Headmaster of the school, Jannatul Nahar, mentioned that most of the needy students, who also support their families with part-time work, receive an education at this school.
