Bogura: Two youths were killed in a road accident at Gokul Kholarghar area in Sadar upazila last night. The deceased were identified as Jihad Sarkar, 18, of Pakurtala area, and Abid Hasan, 18, a resident of Rahabal area of the upazila.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the accident occurred on the Dhaka-Rangpur Highway around 9:30 pm when a speedy motorcycle fell on the road as its rider lost control of the bike. Hafizur Rahman, officer-in-charge of Kunderhat Highway Police Station, stated that both individuals died on the spot.
