Two unidentified persons were killed in separate train accidents in the capital Khilkhet and Airport Thana Bazar areas this morning and Friday night.
Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of Airport Railway Police Outpost Sanu Mong Marma confirmed the incidents to BSS saying that, “An unidentified man was killed as a train, which was going to Kamalapur Station, hit him in Bazar Rail gate area under Khilkhet Police Station early today.”
On the other hand, a man was killed after a train hit him near Meridian Switch Gate of Airport Railway Station around 10:30 pm on Friday.
“The bodies were sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) morgue for autopsy. Police are trying to find their identities,” he said.
