Two BFL Matches to Be Held at Separate Venues Tomorrow

Dhaka: Two seventh-round matches of the Bangladesh Football League (BFL) are scheduled to take place tomorrow at different venues across the country. Abahani Limited Dhaka will face PWD Sports Club at the Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla, while Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society will compete against Brothers Union Club at the Birshrestha Shaheed Sepoy Mohammad Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Munshiganj. Both matches are set to commence at 2:30 pm.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, after the sixth round, Abahani Limited holds the fourth position in the league table with eight points, whereas PWD Sports Club is in eighth place with six points. Meanwhile, Rahmatganj Muslim and Friends Society is positioned third with ten points, and Brothers Union Club is in seventh place, having secured seven points.



In addition to these matches, the seventh round will continue the following day (Saturday) with three more games. Defending champions Mohammedan Sporting Club will play against Arambagh Krira Sangha at the Shaheed Dhirendranath Datta Stadium in Cumilla. Bangladesh Police Football Club will meet Bashundhara Kings at the Shaheed Barkat Stadium in Gazipur, and Fortis Football Club will go up against Fakirerpool Young Men’s Club at the Bashundhara Kings Arena in the capital.
