Dhaka: A seven-member election observer team from Trkiye paid a courtesy call on Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus at the State Guest House Jamuna here today. Chairperson of the Turkish-Bangladesh Parliamentary Friendship Group Mehmet Akif Yilmaz led the delegation, according to the Chief Adviser’s Press Wing.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the observer team is comprised of members of the Turkish Parliament. The meeting also saw the presence of Principal Coordinator for SDG Lamiya Morshed and senior officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
