Brahmanbaria: Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) Acting Chairman Tarique Rahman, the key sponsor of ‘Amra BNP Paribar’, has demonstrated support for Ahnaf bin Ashraf Nabil, a teenage researcher from Brahmanbaria. Nabil, the inventor behind the ‘Guardian Angel Plus’ app, received backing to promote his merit-based achievements.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, following Rahman’s directive, BNP Senior Joint Secretary General and chief adviser of ‘Amra BNP Paribar’ Advocate Ruhul Kabir Rizvi visited Nabil’s home in Brahmanbaria. Accompanied by two other team members, Ruhul Kabir Rizvi provided special financial assistance on behalf of Tarique Rahman to encourage Nabil’s research endeavors.
During the visit, ‘Amra BNP Paribar’ Convener Atiqur Rahman Rumon conveyed Tarique Rahman’s greetings to Nabil. The event saw the presence of several notable personalities including BNP Economic Affairs Secretary and Brahmanbaria district BNP President Engineer Khaled Hossain Mahbub Shyamol, ‘Amra BNP Paribar’ adviser Engineer Ashraf Uddin Bakul, and Jatiya Press Club Management Committee member Zahidul Islam Rony.
In addition, BNP leaders Masud Rana Liton, Shahadat Hossain, and former General Secretary of BUET Chhatra Dal Engineer Abu Hanif attended the event. Brahmanbaria District BNP General Secretary Sirajul Islam Siraj, Jatiyatabadi Chhatra Dal Central Joint General Secretary Md Hasanur Rahman Hasan, and others were also present.
The ‘Guardian Angel Plus’ app is a multi-dimensional digital platform aimed at ensuring the safety of children, adolescents, and women. Its features include a help button, live location sharing, mental health support, suicide prevention tools, a blood donor network, emergency information, AI-based emotion analysis, and content on environment and career awareness.
