Bogura: Under the directive of BNP’s Acting Chairman and chief of the “Amra BNP Poribar” initiative, Tarique Rahman, financial assistance was provided to needy individuals and patients suffering from kidney and cancer-related illnesses in several upazilas of Bogura. Atiqur Rahman Ruman, convener of Amra BNP Poribar, supervised the aid distribution initiative on behalf of the organization.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Kalam Azad, BNP Media Cell Coordinator for Rajshahi and Rangpur divisions, visited patients in Bogura Sadar, Dhunat, Shahjahanpur, and Kahaloo upazilas to extend the aid facilities. Kalam Azad stated that Tarique Rahman is committed to standing by helpless and underprivileged people across the country. “Through Amra BNP Poribar, we are working nationwide to assist the sick and needy under the guidance of Tarique Rahman and with the coordination of Atiqur Rahman Ruman.”
He added that the initiative will continue and called for prayers for the well-being of the Zia family. Dhunat Upazila BNP General Secretary Pasha, BNP leader Anwar Hossain Jewel, Rasheduzzaman Piyas, Advocate Kamal Hossain, and leaders from various BNP affiliated organizations were present during the distribution program.
