New York:Prime Minister Tarique Rahman and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan engaged in discussions on expanding economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Bangladesh and T¼rkiye during a meeting in New York on Tuesday.
According to United News of Bangladesh, the meeting took place at the Turkish House, located at 821 United Nations Plaza, where the two leaders exchanged views on various mutual interests. They explored opportunities to deepen existing cooperation in economic sectors.
The discussions also included important regional and international issues, emphasizing the necessity for continued close cooperation and coordination between the two nations. Both leaders reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening the longstanding friendly relations between Bangladesh and T¼rkiye and identified potential new areas of cooperation aligned with mutual interests and shared priorities.
