Jatiya Sangsad (JS) Speaker Dr Shirin Sharmin Chaudhury today expressed profound shock and sorrow at the death of valiant freedom fighter (FF) and Muktijoddha Commander of Pirganj upazila in Rangpur district Abdul Sattar Mandal.
In a condolence message, she prayed for eternal peace of the departed soul and conveyed deep sympathy to the bereaved family.
Mandal passed away at Pirganj Upazila Health Complex around 11.45 pm on Thursday at the age of 75.
