Rupnagar: Police have arrested seven people in connection with various crimes during a day-long special operation in the Rupnagar police station area of the capital. The arrestees are Md Anik (27), Md Bappi (28), Md Saddam Hossain (35), Md Nayan (28), Md Saidur Rahman (32), Md Sohag Hossain (25), and Antar (27).
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a police press release stated that Rupnagar police conducted special drives in different areas under the police station and arrested the suspects for their alleged involvement in various criminal activities. Rupnagar police sources mentioned that such operations would continue to maintain law and order.
