Feni: A school student was killed in a road accident in the Kolabagan area on the Feni-Parshuram road in Fulgazi upazila of the district today. The deceased was identified as Tasin Uddin, 14, son of Jafar Mia from Basura village in the upazila. He was a student of class VIII at Fulgazi Government Pilot High School.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, police, quoting locals, reported that a Feni-bound passenger bus lost control over the steering and hit a bicycle in the area. This tragic collision resulted in the immediate death of the bicycle rider, Tasin.
In addition to the fatality, several individuals sustained injuries during the incident. They were promptly admitted to the Upazila Health Complex for medical treatment. Following the completion of the necessary legal procedures, Tasin’s body was handed over to his family members.
