School Bags Distributed To 250 Students In Gopalganj

Gopalganj: School bags were distributed among 250 students of Tarashi Government Primary School in Kotalipara upazila of the district today. The upazila administration organized a ceremony on the school premises to hand over the bags to the students.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event was attended by Upazila Nirbahi Officer (UNO) Md Masum Billah, Senior Upazila Fisheries Officer SM Shahjahan Siraj, Rural Development Officer Abu Taher Helal, Assistant Education Officer Basudeb Biswas, PTA Committee President Moniruzzaman Sheikh Jewel, teachers, and guardians. The presence of these officials highlighted the importance of the initiative aimed at supporting local education.



Headmaster Ashok Adhikari remarked that many students previously used torn bags or did not have any, and they are pleased with the new bags. This gesture is expected to have a positive impact on the students’ morale and enthusiasm for attending school.



UNO Masum Billah emphasized that the initiative is designed to encourage students and increase their interest in education. He also mentioned that such support will continue on a larger scale, demonstrating the administration’s commitment to enhancing educational resources in the region.
