Dhaka: Inflow of remittances has witnessed a significant growth of 13.6 percent, reaching $9,159 million from July 1 to October 18, 2025. This marks an increase from the $8,066 million recorded during the same period of the previous fiscal year.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the latest data released by Bangladesh Bank highlighted that expatriates sent $1,574 million in remittances during the first 18 days of October. This is a rise compared to the $1,523 million sent during the same timeframe in the previous fiscal year.
