Rajshahi:The Rajshahi Metropolitan unit of the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) convened a preparatory meeting to ensure the effective implementation of central programs in observance of the National Revolution and Solidarity Day.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the meeting took place this evening at the party office in the city. It was attended by leaders from the BNP and its affiliated and associate organizations.
Rajshahi Metropolitan BNP President Mamun Or Rashid was the chief guest at the meeting. General Secretary and Administrator of Rajshahi City Corporation, Mahfuzur Rahman Riton, served as the main speaker. The session was presided over by the Senior Vice-President of the metropolitan BNP, Nazrul Huda. Other notable attendees included Advocate Ershad Ali Isha, the Administrator of Rajshahi Zilla Parishad.
Vice-Presidents Aslam Sarkar, Waliul Haque Rana, Advocate Ali Ashraf Masum, Muktar Hossain, and Joynal Abedin Shibly were also present, along with leaders from different thana and ward units of the BNP and its affiliated organizations. The meeting focused on preparing for the November 7 observance, aiming to commemorate the day with due respect and ensure the participation of party leaders and activists.
