Rain Likely in Chattogram as Per BMD Forecast

Chattogram: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecast that rain or thunder showers are likely to occur at one or two places over the Chattogram division in the next 24 hours, starting from 9:00 am today. The bulletin issued by the BMD this morning highlights the possibility of wet weather conditions in the division.

According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the bulletin further notes that weather in other parts of the country is expected to remain mainly dry, with partly cloudy skies. The meteorological office also anticipates that both day and night temperatures will remain nearly unchanged across the country during this period.

On Sunday, Tangail experienced the highest temperature in the country, recording 35.7 degrees Celsius, while the lowest temperature was recorded today at 20.9 degrees Celsius in Tetulia. In Dhaka, residents can expect the sun to set at 5:29 pm today, with sunrise scheduled for 5:59 am tomorrow.
