Dhaka: Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has predicted that rain or thunderstorms accompanied by temporary gusty wind and lightning flashes are likely to occur at one or two places over Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Sylhet divisions in the next 24 hours from 9am today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, a weather bulletin indicated that the weather may remain mainly dry with partly cloudy skies elsewhere over the country. Yesterday's maximum temperature was recorded at 33.2 degrees Celsius in Teknaf, while today's minimum temperature is 16.2 degrees Celsius in Dinajpur and Srimangal. In the capital, today's sunset is at 6.11 pm, and tomorrow's sunrise is at 5.59 am.
