Bangladesh: The Bangladesh Meteorological Department (BMD) has forecasted rain and thunderstorms in various parts of the country over the next 24 hours, starting from 9 am today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the Met office bulletin specifies that rain or thundershowers, along with temporary gusty winds and lightning, are likely to affect a few areas in the Mymensingh, Dhaka, Khulna, Barishal, Chattogram, and Sylhet divisions. Additionally, one or two places in the Rangpur and Rajshahi divisions may experience similar weather conditions, with potential hail in isolated areas.
Temperatures across the country may see a slight increase during both day and night. The highest temperature recorded on Sunday was 34.3 degrees Celsius in Chuadanga, while the lowest temperature today was 18 degrees Celsius in Tetulia, Rangpur division. The bulletin also mentioned that the sun is set to set at 6.13 pm today and rise at 5.53 am tomorrow in the capital.
