Dhaka: The Great Wall Ceramic Premier Division Chess League is set to commence tomorrow at the sports hall room of Bangladesh Chess Federation (BCF), as announced in a recent press release.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, twelve teams have been invited to compete in the league, which is sponsored by Great Wall Ceramic Industries Limited and organized by the BCF. Out of these, ten teams have confirmed their participation. The confirmed teams include Bangladesh Police, Palli Sanchoy Bank, Titas Club, Leonine Chess Club, Bangladesh Navy, Manha’s Castle, Janata Bank Officers Welfare Society, Uttara Central Chess Club, Khelaghar Daba Sangah, and Dipali Memorial Chess Club.
The tournament will follow a round-robin league format, offering an exciting series of matches as the participating teams battle for supremacy in the chess arena.
