Dhaka: Prime Minister Tarique Rahman will inaugurate this year's Hajj flights from Dhaka at 2:00 am on April 18, State Minister for Civil Aviation and Tourism M. Rashiduzzaman Millat confirmed it today.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Millat announced that the cost of Hajj travel has been reduced by Taka 12,000 per ticket this year compared to the previous government. This reduction is expected to ease financial burdens on pilgrims participating in this significant religious journey.
Millat further revealed that over 78,000 pilgrims will be transported this year without the need for chartered flights, ensuring a streamlined and efficient travel process for those embarking on the Hajj pilgrimage.
