Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, who is now in the USA, has expressed deep shock and sorrow at the deaths in a boat capsize in the Korotoa River in Panchagarh.
In a condolence message, the premier prayed for eternal peace of the departed souls and conveyed profound sympathy to the bereaved families, said the PMO press wing here.
Twenty four people lost lives after a boat carrying over 100 passengers sank in the Korotoa River in Boda upazila of Panchagarh on Sunday.
