Mirzapur: Planning adviser Wahiduddin Mahmud visited the Mirzapur Kumudini Hospital and other institutions under the Kumudini Welfare Trust today, where he was warmly welcomed by members of the Kumudini Trust and local administrative officials upon his arrival.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the adviser toured various sections of the hospital, along with Bharateswari Homes, Women Medical College, the nursing school and college, as well as other welfare organizations managed by the trust. During his visit, Wahiduddin Mahmud commended the quality of education and cultural activities offered by these organizations. He also expressed his appreciation for the high standards maintained by the medical and teaching staff across these institutions.
The visit was attended by key figures including the Director of the trust, Srimati Saha, the Director of Kumudini Hospital, Dr. Pradeep Kumar Roy, and the principals of the medical college and Bharateswari Homes, Mondira Chowdhury, as well as Sister Rina Cruse, the principal of the nursing school and college. Local government officials were also present to witness the adviser’s assessment and feedback on the institutions’ operations.
