Dhaka: The body of Sharif Osman Hadi, a frontline fighter of the July Mass Uprising and spokesperson for Inqilab Mancha, will be brought back to Bangladesh from Singapore this evening. Dr Abdul Ahad, Chief of the NCP Health Cell and the physician involved in Hadi's treatment, confirmed the details to the media, noting that the body would depart Singapore on a Biman Bangladesh Airlines flight at 3:50 pm local time and is expected to land in Dhaka around 6:05 pm.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Osman Hadi passed away while receiving treatment at Singapore General Hospital at 9:45 pm Bangladesh time on Thursday. His death marks the end of a significant chapter in the history of Inqilab Mancha and the July Mass Uprising, where he played a pivotal role as both a fighter and a spokesperson.
