One unidentified person was killed on the spot as a moving train struck him when he was crossing Banani-Kakoli railway level crossing last night.
He was 39.
“An unidentified persons was killed instantly on the spot when a Dhaka-bound Kishorganj Express hit him at city’s Banani-Kakoli railway intersection at around 7.45pm on Tuesday”, confirmed by Sub-Inspector M Ali Akbar also in-charge of a police outpost located at Airport railway station.
After receiving information, airport railway station police recovered the body and then it was sent to Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH) for autopsy
