Dhaka: Detective Branch (DB) of police today arrested a man along with 1,000 pieces of contraband yaba tablets from Malibagh Rail Gate area in Shahjahanpur in the capital. The arrestee was Abul Hossain, 48, said a press release of Media Public Relations Department of Dhaka Metropolitan Police.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, on a tip-off, a team of DB police raided the area and arrested Abul along with the yaba tablets. Legal action has been taken against him.
