Dhaka: The official photo session ceremony of the 3rd Asian Youth Games Bahrain 2025 was held at the Bangladesh Army Stadium in the city today, as announced in a press release by the Bangladesh Olympic Association (BOA).
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the ceremony was presided over by BOA President and Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman. Prominent attendees included BOA Secretary General and 3rd Asian Youth Games Chef de Mission Syed Shahed Reza, BOA Executive Committee Member Brig Gen Md. Humayun Kabir, BOA Director General Brig Gen (retd.) ABM Shefaul Kabir, BOA Director (Planning and Development) Mohammad Humayun Kabir, team doctor Dr. Ishrat Jahan, as well as players and team officials from thirteen federations of the Bangladesh contingent.
At the conclusion of the official photo session, BOA President and Army Chief General Waker-Uz-Zaman encouraged the players and team officials of the Bangladesh contingent to strive for excellence and aim to bring glory and honor to the country through their participation in the Games.
The 2025 Asian Youth Games, a significant pan-Asian multi-sport event, is scheduled to be held in Bahrain from October 22 to 31.
