National Summer Sports Competition Concludes in Natore with Victories for Local Schools

Natore: The 52nd National Summer Sports competition for secondary school level concluded triumphantly at the Natore Sadar Upazila Mini Stadium. Upazila Executive Officer Md Arif Adnan graced the closing ceremony as the chief guest, distributing prizes to the winning participants.



According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the event was presided over by Upazila Secondary Education Officer Nazneen Sultana. Natore Press Club President Faraji Ahmed Rafiq Baban attended as a special guest, adding prominence to the ceremony.



The competition saw enthusiastic participation from students representing secondary schools, madrasas, and technical education institutions within the upazila. The young athletes competed in various sporting events, including football, kabaddi, swimming, and chess, across both boys’ and girls’ divisions.



Halsa High School claimed victory in the boys’ division, while Chatni Girls’ High School emerged as champions in the girls’ division, marking a successful conclusion to the sports competition.
