DHAKA: BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir today met with Chargé d’Affaires Megan Bouldin of the US embassy. A three-member delegation from the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP), led by Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, visited the residence of the US Chargé d’Affaires situated in the city’s Gulshan area this morning.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, the delegation included BNP Standing Committee member Amir Khosru Mahmud Chowdhury and Organising Secretary Shama Obaid. Despite the meeting, the delegation members opted not to disclose any specific topics discussed during their visit with the US diplomat.
