Kachua: Education Minister Dr ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon today called upon the teachers to pay attention to moral, humane and ethical development of students along with providing academic knowledge.
According to Bangladesh Sangbad Sangstha, Dr Milon emphasized the importance of teachers caring for every student like their own child and taking responsibility for their proper upbringing. He expressed that if such care is given, no student will fail in the exam. He made these remarks during a discussion organized by Khajuria Lakshmipur Pir Sobhania High School in Kachua Upazila.
Dr Milon highlighted the broader impact of a student’s failure, noting that it is not only unfortunate for the student and their family but also for the nation as a whole. He urged teachers to recognize that their responsibility extends beyond classroom instruction and involves shaping a generation into educated and ideal citizens.
The event also featured remarks from ICT Division deputy secretary Md. Mahbub Alam and was attended by teachers, students, parents, and local dignitaries.
